The problem
Most calls to a small clinic, or to a practitioner who works alone, are about booking, cancelling or confirming. Every no-show is an hour lost in the diary.
What the agent does
- Patients see the free slots and book themselves, at any hour.
- Every booking gets a confirmation and a reminder before the appointment.
- Anyone who asks to reschedule by email gets new times, once someone at the clinic approves.
- Reception spends less time on the phone booking and cancelling.
Health data stays out
The agent only deals with dates and times. Clinical information stays out of the agent and the calendar, because health data has its own rules under GDPR.
What we need from you
- Access to the calendar or booking software the clinic already uses.
- The house rules: length of each type of appointment, breaks and minimum notice to cancel.
- The messages you send patients today, if any.
- Someone from reception as the contact person.
