Hi, I’m Marcos

I’ve worked in technology for 20 years, almost always with data and artificial intelligence. Today I lead a Data & AI services area at IBM for companies across EMEA. Before that, I worked for the BMW Group and the Daimler Group (Mercedes-Benz). Along the way I’ve led more than 150 engineers in 11 countries, on data and AI projects for multinationals.

That work gives me a rare advantage: I know how AI works on the inside. I know where the data comes from, what a model does well and where it tends to fail, because I see it every day in large companies, with real data and real consequences.

Agentto came out of a conversation I keep having. Freelancers and small business owners tell me AI could save them hours, but they don’t know where to start. What large companies spent years learning about AI is now within reach of any business. I help you use it well. My job is to explain and guide: which tasks make sense to hand to an agent, which tool to choose and what you need to get ready first. You’re the one who decides and puts it into practice, with more confidence.

Outside work, I’m a husband and the father of two daughters. They changed how I think about time. I use AI to do better work in fewer hours, and the hours I get back are for them.
