The problem
Invoices arrive by email, WhatsApp and on paper. Whether you run a company or invoice as a freelancer, someone has to copy the figures by hand into a spreadsheet or invoicing software, and that’s where mistakes and missed deadlines creep in.
What the agent does
- Every invoice you receive, by email or as a photo, gets recorded without anyone copying figures by hand.
- Supplier, tax number, amounts, VAT and due date go into a spreadsheet you can filter and send to your accountant.
- The original document is filed next to the right row.
- You know days ahead what falls due this week.
- Anything the agent couldn’t read properly comes to you flagged, so you can check it.
What we need from you
- Access to the mailbox or folder where invoices arrive, and to the spreadsheet or software where you want to see them.
- A dozen real invoices from your usual suppliers, including the hardest ones to read.
- A contact person who checks the first records with us.
What it doesn’t do
The agent doesn’t replace certified invoicing software or your accountant. It organises what you receive so they work with the right data.
